Join cacao ceremony on Sunday, 22 February 2026!
Cacao is a sacred plant which helps us to open our hearts. Indigenous peoples of Peru have known this forever. In these modern times it’s easy to get stuck in the mind, judging and problem-solution thinking, but how do we take care of our hearts? How do we connect to the soul, our intuition, our true self beyond the limitations and identifications with the mind? Cacao ceremony is a sacred moment for yourself allowing you to sink into your body and expand your higher brain (prefrontal cortex), taking break from the demands of everyday life where our lower – survivor’s (limbic) brain sets the rules.
What people say about my work:
“The cacao ceremony was a beautiful and heartfelt experience. With the guidance of Laura, the space felt warm and safe, and the cacao helped me open up in a gentle, meaningful way. I left feeling grounded, connected, and deeply at peace. It was a nurturing and special moment.”
“I was surprised how I liked the ceremony. In general it was involving experience, three hours went without notice. I liked that during the process there was just enough guidance but also a lot of space and freedom to concentrate on myself. A lot of experiental features like looking at candles, drinking cacao, dancing, singing, listening to drumming created just a right atmosphere to bring myself into myself – my feeling, thoughts, fantasies, and memories. We could say, experiental practices encourage right brain mode, not rational left one. I could compare a bit – it is a bit similar to mindfulness, but then less structured and with more experience, which was very suitable for me. I recommend this practice to anyone aiming to concentrate more on herself/himself and to do so in a meaningful way, to experience peace with herself/himself.” A.G.
“The cacao ceremony that Laura guided was a deeply healing and meaningful experience for me. I experienced her as a grounded and trustworthy facilitator, someone who holds sacred space with a compassionate and open heart.
To be honest, I felt a bit hesitant beforehand, as I had been dealing with heart palpitations for a few weeks and wasn’t sure how the cacao would affect me.
To my surprise, it actually brought a sense of calm — it soothed my heart.
The ceremony marked a significant shift for me: it helped me reconnect with the wisdom of my heart, especially in relation to my health.” (Annelies)
“The cacao ceremony was a sacral ceremony which Laura prepared in detail and brought to us with much joy and integrity. She has studied the ancient rites and plant medicine thoroughly and brings them across from her own authenticity as a shaman. It was a heart opening and soul warming ceremony that brought me back to my essence. Cacao, like the ceremony, shows you deeper layers: bitter, sweet, earthing and yet, with a spicy twist at the end. It was a very exceptional experience, aligning body, mind, heart, soul and spirit in a tiny and sacral cacao bean. I would recommend anyone to come and experience the warm glow that surrounds you during this ceremony.” (Melina, talent manager/coach/trainer)
I invite you to a journey of discovering the sound of your heart, the beauty of your Spirit!
I discovered the sacred cacao in Peru where I visited curanderos – plant medicine shamans. I learnt directly from the medicine man and his family, in Chazuta, Peru, saw how they grow the cacao trees, take care of the plants and forests. The cacao I use is organically grown and I bought it directly from them. I also practice kundalini yoga for 11 years, and I am an internationally certified yoga and meditation instructor, as well as yoga numerology consultant and life coach.
